Hey! I'm Jade

I started training when I was only 17 and full of gym anxiety, I had no confidence but I wanted to be that strong girl who could achieve more.

Now over 7 years after first walking in those gyms doors, I have coached 1000+ women. I am determined to help other women become the best version of themselves.

As a mother of two. I have experienced the trials and errors that I know you may be facing on your journey. I’ve walked the walk. If I can do it, I promise you can.

Whether you are a beginner or advanced and want to go to the next level of training. I am here to help you unlock your true potential.

No, your training programme will be tailored to what you specifically have access to. I can programme for the gym , home training or a hybrid plan. Any extra activities you enjoy such as pilates or running will be tracked in app too!

If your goal is physique specific we will track calories and macros to assess your programme week in week out. If you have food triggers and tracking is not beneficial we will use an holistic approach if better suited to help you heal your relationship with food and nutrition.

All of your coaching is done in the coaching app. You have a weekly check in form with specific questions so you know what information to give me. You attach your measurements, progress photos and all questions and requests. I will reassess your programme based off the information given so you are on the right track and the plan stays tailored towards the goal for the duration of coaching.

You can pay upfront or in monthly instalments for your package.

Each package and tier has different advantages and additional features. My sales assistant will talk you through all the options and which one suits your goals best.
